Green Trails Student Leadership

Before a student can apply for a job, they must first complete the strengths survey.  The purpose of this survey is to have students reflect on their strengths, interests, and passions.  We want students to have the right fit for their jobs, and we want to help them realize that everyone has different strengths.  It is important for students to understand that they do not have to have every strength and that different strengths lead to different occupations and lifestyles.
